Service Description
Flow & Float is a 3-day immersion into water, movement, and presence, held August 7-9, 2026 on a private lake at Sunnd Nordic Eco Resort. This intimate retreat blends stand-up paddleboard skills training with yoga, meditation, sound, and spacious time to rest and reconnect. Designed for those who love the water and want to deepen their confidence, awareness, and relationship with paddleboarding, Flow & Float includes an Advanced Stand-Up Paddleboard Skills Certification, supporting safer, more skillful, and more enjoyable experiences on the water. This is not a yoga teacher training. Yoga is offered as a complementary practice to support embodiment, balance, and integration. Participants stay in beautiful eco domes overlooking the lake. Accommodations include shared queen beds, either with a friend or another participant; please arrive open to shared lodging. Expect nourishing meals (dietary needs accommodated), yoga and meditation, long hours on the water, sauna and fire time, journaling, and ample free space to rest, paddle, or simply be. We move with the elements, adapting to weather, listening to the lake, and allowing the retreat to unfold with intention and care. The retreat is limited to 6 participants, so early registration is encouraged. What’s included: all meals, board rentals, safety gear, accommodations, Paddle Canada certification, and all retreat activities. Transportation to and from Sunnd Nordic Eco Resort is not included; participants are responsible for their own travel. Parking is available. Pricing • Early Bird: $999 (until February 15) Use code "EARLYFLOW" at checkout to save $100! • Full Price: $1,099 (after February 16) A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior receive a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations 90-60 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. If your spot is filled by another participant, a refund may be issued minus the deposit. If the retreat does not meet the minimum of four participants by May 7, it will be cancelled and all payments fully refunded. Cancellation Policy
1. Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration for all classes, workshops, and events. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made 48+ hours before the start are eligible for a refund minus a 25% admin fee. No refunds are issued within 48 hours of the start time. Bookings are transferable; it's your responsibility to arrange a replacement. Missed sessions are non-refundable and can't be applied to future offerings. Some events/series and retreats may have their own cancellation terms. 3. Privacy Policy We collect only necessary info (e.g., name, email, phone) for communication and registration. Your data is never sold or shared without consent, unless required by law. 4. Health & Safety By participating, you confirm you're in suitable health for yoga and wellness activities. Please inform instructors of any injuries or conditions. Restore Yoga & Wellness is not liable for injuries or health issues during or after participation. 5. Participant Conduct We maintain a respectful, inclusive space. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. 6. Class Schedule Changes We reserve the right to adjust or cancel classes as needed, with notice provided when possible. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or credit. 7. Use of Materials All class content (videos, handouts, etc.) is for personal use only and remains the property of Restore Yoga & Wellness. Sharing or reproducing materials without permission is not allowed. 8. Agreement to Terms By registering, you agree to these policies. 9. Outdoor Class & Weather Policy Outdoor sessions, including SUP Yoga, are weather-dependent. Cancellation decisions are made approx. 1 hour before class; notice is sent via email. If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a class credit or pass retention. Refunds are not issued if you miss a class that proceeds as scheduled. If a backup date is offered, please ensure you’re available—no refunds if you miss it. We reserve the right to cancel or modify outdoor sessions for safety. 10. Alcohol Policy No alcohol is allowed before or during water-based activities. If alcohol use is suspected, you may be asked not to participate. This is required by insurance and part of our commitment to safety. Alcohol may be served at select land-based events (e.g., patio paint nights).
