✨ Fae & Fairy Gathering ✨ Step into a world of whimsy and wonder at our Fae & Fairy Gathering — a magical evening of creativity, connection, and fantasy, co-hosted with the imaginative spirit behind COA De Jima. We’ve reserved the entire café space exclusively for this event, giving us a private and enchanting setting right along the waterfront — the perfect backdrop for a night of fairy-filled fun! Here’s what your evening of enchantment includes: 🌿 Fairy Mocktail Welcome Be greeted with a vibrant, botanical fairy mocktail — a drink as delightful as it is delicious, straight from the pages of a storybook. 🎨 Tote Bag Painting & Stamping Workshop Design your very own mystical tote using dreamy visuals, magical phrases, and radiant colours. Your creation is yours to keep — and makes a perfect fairy accessory! 🍹 Second Sparkling Mocktail Sip on another beautifully crafted beverage, made with flair and just a sprinkle of fairy dust. 📸 Magical Mini Photoshoot A professional photographer will be on-site to capture your fairy essence! Each guest will enjoy a 5-minute private photoshoot, with a minimum of 3 professionally edited photos delivered to you after the event. Pose among flowers, trees, and the golden light of sunset! 🌸 Dress-Up Encouraged! Come as your whimsical self — whether that’s a forest witch, woodland sprite, elegant fae, or any other mystical creature you dream up. 🧁 Forest Bites & Fairy Treats Enjoy an assortment of fairy-inspired snacks, bites, and a delicious cake to celebrate the night! Let your imagination roam free in this one-of-a-kind, summer evening celebration. ✨ Tickets are $150 +hst Please note: Tickets for special events are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
1. Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration for all classes, workshops, and events. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made 48+ hours before the start are eligible for a refund minus a 25% admin fee. No refunds are issued within 48 hours of the start time. Bookings are transferable; it's your responsibility to arrange a replacement. Missed sessions are non-refundable and can't be applied to future offerings. Some events/series and retreats may have their own cancellation terms. 3. Privacy Policy We collect only necessary info (e.g., name, email, phone) for communication and registration. Your data is never sold or shared without consent, unless required by law. 4. Health & Safety By participating, you confirm you're in suitable health for yoga and wellness activities. Please inform instructors of any injuries or conditions. Restore Yoga & Wellness is not liable for injuries or health issues during or after participation. 5. Participant Conduct We maintain a respectful, inclusive space. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. 6. Class Schedule Changes We reserve the right to adjust or cancel classes as needed, with notice provided when possible. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or credit. 7. Use of Materials All class content (videos, handouts, etc.) is for personal use only and remains the property of Restore Yoga & Wellness. Sharing or reproducing materials without permission is not allowed. 8. Agreement to Terms By registering, you agree to these policies. 9. Outdoor Class & Weather Policy Outdoor sessions, including SUP Yoga, are weather-dependent. Cancellation decisions are made approx. 1 hour before class; notice is sent via email. If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a class credit or pass retention. Refunds are not issued if you miss a class that proceeds as scheduled. If a backup date is offered, please ensure you’re available—no refunds if you miss it. We reserve the right to cancel or modify outdoor sessions for safety. 10. Alcohol Policy No alcohol is allowed before or during water-based activities. If alcohol use is suspected, you may be asked not to participate. This is required by insurance and part of our commitment to safety. Alcohol may be served at select land-based events (e.g., patio paint nights).
