Service Description
Calling all Fae, fairies, foe, and mystical beings! Join us for a whimsical summer gathering designed to bring people together in a relaxed, creative, and inviting space. This Enchanted Fairy Gathering is a come-and-go experience where you’re free to wander between cozy lounge areas, connect with like-minded people, and enjoy a thoughtfully curated atmosphere under the evening sky. Throughout the night, you’ll find soft lighting, gentle music, and simple, creative elements woven into the experience. A self-guided art station will be available for those who feel inspired to create, along with a dreamy photo spaces to capture the moment. Refreshments and an array of delicious snacks will be provided, and there is no set schedule, arrive when you can, stay as long as you’d like, and move through the evening at your own pace. This event is perfect for anyone craving connection, a touch of creativity, and a magical summer atmosphere. ✨ No experience needed ✨ Come solo or with a friend ✨ Dress for the magic (optional, but encouraged) Please note that non-alcoholic drinks such as tea, water, and juice will be included in your ticket. Alcoholic and additional beverages will be available to purchase at the facility.

Cancellation Policy
1. Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration for all classes, workshops, and events. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made 48+ hours before the start are eligible for a refund minus a 25% admin fee. No refunds are issued within 48 hours of the start time. Bookings are transferable; it's your responsibility to arrange a replacement. Missed sessions are non-refundable and can't be applied to future offerings. Some events/series and retreats may have their own cancellation terms. 3. Privacy Policy We collect only necessary info (e.g., name, email, phone) for communication and registration. Your data is never sold or shared without consent, unless required by law. 4. Health & Safety By participating, you confirm you're in suitable health for yoga and wellness activities. Please inform instructors of any injuries or conditions. Restore Yoga & Wellness is not liable for injuries or health issues during or after participation. 5. Participant Conduct We maintain a respectful, inclusive space. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. 6. Class Schedule Changes We reserve the right to adjust or cancel classes as needed, with notice provided when possible. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or credit. 7. Use of Materials All class content (videos, handouts, etc.) is for personal use only and remains the property of Restore Yoga & Wellness. Sharing or reproducing materials without permission is not allowed. 8. Agreement to Terms By registering, you agree to these policies. 9. Outdoor Class & Weather Policy Outdoor sessions, including SUP Yoga, are weather-dependent. Cancellation decisions are made approx. 1 hour before class; notice is sent via email. If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a class credit or pass retention. Refunds are not issued if you miss a class that proceeds as scheduled. If a backup date is offered, please ensure you’re available—no refunds if you miss it. We reserve the right to cancel or modify outdoor sessions for safety. 10. Alcohol Policy No alcohol is allowed before or during water-based activities. If alcohol use is suspected, you may be asked not to participate. This is required by insurance and part of our commitment to safety. Alcohol may be served at select land-based events (e.g., patio paint nights).
